The Council composed of fourteen Council Members is responsible for the management of the Association: the President, the Chairman, two Vice-Presidents, the Immediate Past President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and seven Executive Directors. Out of these fourteen council members, a minimum of three must hold Fellow Membership. The whole council will be re-elected biennially.
